Avo and Macadamia Dip


1 Avocado

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped and roasted

Salt and pepper to taste


  • Place avocado flesh, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender and process until smooth (can also mash with fork).
  • Mix avocado with chives and nuts.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Chill until ready to serve, garnish with extra macadamia nuts if desired.
